Brand Style Guide

Design/Art Direction

This brand refresh for Casa Bonita explored a bold reimagining of its visual identity, leveraging design elements inspired by vintage signage, carnival aesthetics, and traditional Mexican folk art to amplify the restaurant’s kitschy charm. The project involved extensive research, iterative logo development, and the creation of a cohesive style guide, including typography, color palettes, and custom illustrations. While the pitch was ultimately rejected in favor of the original branding, the process demonstrates a thoughtful approach to aligning design solutions with brand heritage and user experience.
